In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between abstract technological possibilities and actionable business roadmaps. You will be responsible for identifying emerging trends—such as autonomous systems, quantum computing, and advanced AI—and integrating them into our core business strategy.
We are looking for a leader who can inspire our engineering teams, communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders, and ensure we are not just ready for 2026, but leading the market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead research and development initiatives focused on emerging technologies and market disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) to integrate futuristic tech into product lines.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technological investments.
- Present strategic proposals to the C-suite and Board of Directors.
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech thought leaders.
- Oversee the budget allocation for future tech pilots and R&D projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive management within the tech sector.
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and implementing them successfully.
- Strong understanding of AI, Blockchain, and Cloud Computing architectures.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation, scalability, and future-proofing.
- Willingness to travel for industry conferences and partner meetings.
