Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and autonomous workflows.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies (e.g., edge computing, neural interfaces).
- Oversee the deployment and scaling of AI infrastructure to ensure high availability and security.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and architect automated solutions to resolve them.
- Present technical visions and roadmaps to executive stakeholders with clarity and precision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
