Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the long-term technology strategy for the company, specifically focusing on advancements relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the research and development of cutting-edge AI models, blockchain protocols, and predictive analytics tools.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and retain a world-class engineering and data science team.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with leading tech firms and academic institutions.
- Product Innovation: Translate complex technical concepts into scalable product features that drive market differentiation.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all future-tech implementations adhere to strict data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or C-suite role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Distributed Systems. Familiarity with futuristic tech stacks (e.g., Web3, Quantum Computing interfaces) is a major plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully scaling technology platforms and leading digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Agility: Demonstrated ability to pivot and adapt strategy in rapidly changing market environments.
