Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive strategic vision for artificial intelligence, focusing on generative models, autonomous agents, and ethical AI integration.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead high-level research projects that explore next-generation neural architectures and predictive analytics.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary evangelist for AI initiatives, communicating complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Building & Mentorship: Assemble and lead a world-class team of data scientists, ML engineers, and ethicists to drive innovation from concept to deployment.
- Partnership Development: Establish strategic partnerships with leading tech firms, academic institutions, and AI research labs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the infrastructure required to support large-scale model training and deployment, ensuring scalability and security.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning strategy.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of LLMs, computer vision, NLP, and the technical trends defining the 2026 landscape.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical strategy into actionable business goals and growth metrics.
