Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the comprehensive 2026 AI technology roadmap, aligning emerging capabilities with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate cutting-edge Generative AI and spatial computing technologies into core products.
- Evaluate and establish strategic partnerships with AI startups, academic institutions, and major tech vendors.
- Establish frameworks for ethical AI development, ensuring compliance with upcoming 2026 federal and global regulations.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to advanced, AI-driven predictive infrastructure.
- Communicate complex AI strategies to stakeholders, board members, and non-technical audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, artificial intelligence, or machine learning leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling AI products from conception to enterprise-wide deployment.
- Deep technical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and next-gen computing.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex technological advancements into ROI.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
