Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap and innovation strategy.
- Oversee the development and integration of Generative AI, Quantum-ready architectures, and Sustainable Tech solutions.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate long-term vision into actionable quarterly milestones.
- Lead a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and software architects.
- Identify emerging market trends and assess their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and future tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale digital transformations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for high-level stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
