Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead architectural decisions for next-gen AI infrastructure and quantum-ready systems.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to identify high-impact opportunities for technological disruption.
- Oversee the integration of emerging tech trends (e.g., AGI, Edge Computing) into existing product lines.
- Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Manage budget allocation for R&D initiatives focused on the 2026 horizon.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI and future tech strategy.
