Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready technology roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum computing
- Lead research initiatives on next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making technologies
- Collaborate with global R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers on emerging tech methodologies
- Secure patents and publish white papers on breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neural architecture, decentralized networks
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI systems
- Deep understanding of technology ethics and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with federated learning and edge computing paradigms
