Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the comprehensive vision for Project 2026, aligning technical goals with long-term business objectives.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class team of engineers, data scientists, and product strategists.
- Technology Roadmap: Identify emerging trends and technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing) relevant to the 2026 landscape and integrate them into our architecture.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary spokesperson for Project 2026, presenting complex technical strategies to executive leadership and investors.
- Process Optimization: Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring rigorous standards for quality assurance, security, and scalability.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with external partners, universities, and research institutions to fuel innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles, with at least 5 years managing large-scale engineering teams.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of system architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and modern software development practices (Agile/Scrum).
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to lead innovative projects and deliver tangible results in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical jargon into business value.
