Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and architectural design for AI systems capable of handling complex, multi-modal data streams by 2026.
- Oversee the R&D of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve enterprise-scale problems.
- Define the technical roadmap for integrating generative AI into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of AI engineers, data scientists, and quantum researchers.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into deployable software solutions.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI model accuracy, speed, and ethical compliance.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in edge computing and neuromorphic engineering.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Proven expertise in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated history of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, innovative environments.
