- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to align innovation strategies with broader business goals.
- Prioritize R&D initiatives to ensure maximum ROI and competitive advantage.
- Build a culture of continuous learning and experimentation across the engineering department.
- Monitor global tech landscapes to forecast disruptive shifts that could impact our business model.
- Present innovative concepts and prototypes to stakeholders to secure buy-in for major projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive products or defining long-term technical roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, Quantum Computing, and future-facing web architectures.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, high-performance teams in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
