Responsibilities

- Identify and integrate emerging AI and machine learning frameworks into core business operations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align innovation goals with overarching business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of researchers, engineers, and product managers.
- Conduct market foresight analysis to maintain a competitive edge in next-generation technologies.
- Oversee the transition of R&D prototypes into scalable, market-ready enterprise solutions.
- Establish key partnerships with tech incubators, startups, and academic institutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, product strategy, or AI development.
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused or disruptive tech products.
- Deep understanding of generative AI, spatial computing, and next-gen cloud infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
- Strong business acumen with experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
