Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the comprehensive Technology Roadmap for the year 2026, ensuring alignment with global market trends and business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Leadership: Spearhead Research & Development initiatives in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing to prepare infrastructure for the 2026 landscape.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with emerging technology startups and academic institutions to gain a competitive advantage.
- Resource Allocation: Direct budget planning and resource management for long-term high-impact projects that will define the company's trajectory.
- Culture of Innovation: Foster a culture of forward-thinking and continuous improvement, encouraging teams to think beyond current constraints.
- Risk Management: Anticipate technological disruptions and geopolitical shifts that may impact the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, enterprise architecture, or strategic planning with a proven track record of delivering long-term roadmaps (5-10 year horizons).
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, cloud infrastructure, and data analytics with the ability to translate them into business strategy.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-level stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Adaptability: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and pivot strategies in response to rapidly evolving technological landscapes.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
