Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for upcoming tech stacks, focusing on AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing readiness.
- Disruptive Technology Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends to identify emerging tools and methodologies that can provide a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for major initiatives.
- Project Leadership: Oversee the pilot programs and R&D phases for next-generation projects.
- Resource Allocation: Partner with HR and Engineering to build teams capable of executing the future vision.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure trends leading up to 2026.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex problems and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
