- Lead, mentor, and scale a cross-functional team of AI researchers, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Evaluate emerging AI trends and integrate cutting-edge technologies into our existing product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to forecast technological needs and secure funding for 2026 initiatives.
- Establish robust governance and ethical frameworks for next-generation AI deployment.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to highly scalable, AI-ready cloud infrastructures.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, positioning FutureForge as a thought leader in future tech.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling AI/ML models from prototype to enterprise-grade production.
- Deep understanding of next-generation technologies including Generative AI, quantum computing concepts, and edge AI.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing high-performing, remote-first technical teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
