Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to strict safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
