Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation to manage inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Experience with warehouse equipment (forklift, scanner) is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
