Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Perform inventory counts and ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak shipping times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago location.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
