Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and organizing warehouse storage areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure product integrity and adherence to safety standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to streamline workflow processes.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
