Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Package and prepare products for shipment to customers.
- Ensure the workspace adheres to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF guns) to track incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach facility.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
