Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders to meet daily shipping targets and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to streamline workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to clock in on time are essential.
- Equipment: Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified.
