Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Inspect products for quality defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Package, label, and prepare items for shipping or storage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Perform basic data entry and record-keeping tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and reading production tickets.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions.
