Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift production activities and workflow optimization
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with day shift for seamless transitions
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to boost productivity
- Conduct quality control checks and resolve production issues
- Generate shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure OSHA compliance and foster a zero-incident workplace
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse/manufacturing supervision
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Experience with inventory management systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Availability for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts including weekends
