Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Trucks: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing freight using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Organize stock in the warehouse, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to arrive on time and ready to work.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for this role.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid ID.
