Responsibilities
- Perform daily picking, packing, and shipping of orders with a focus on high accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy skills.
