Responsibilities
- Pack & Ship: Efficiently pack, label, and ship products to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock checks, cycle counts, and organizing warehouse storage areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging integrity before shipping.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required for entry-level roles.
