Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and transport merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Must be able to provide valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Equipment: Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (Forklift certification a plus).
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required for commuting to the Las Vegas facility.
