Responsibilities
- Execute precise order fulfillment using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and audits
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Train new associates on safety procedures and workflows
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to DC facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour shifts as needed
