Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipping logs using our logistics software.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and external vendors to resolve logistics issues.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of freight trucks when necessary.
- Analyze shipping data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure all safety protocols and compliance standards are met at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
