Responsibilities
- Execute daily production tasks efficiently, ensuring high-quality output and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely and accurately.
- Inspect, package, and prepare merchandise for shipping to various locations within Los Angeles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and inventory targets.
- Operate material handling equipment and perform routine equipment checks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for inventory and safety documentation.
- Reliable transportation to the Los Angeles facility.
- Must be available to work full-time hours (40+ hours per week).
