Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring and mobility assistance
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal hygiene
- Accurately document patient observations and care activities

Qualifications
- Current Texas CNA, MA, or EMT certification required
