Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve complex technical and account-related issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve product bugs or service outages.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to our service protocols.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the company's brand voice at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight deadlines.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, in our San Francisco office.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
