Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and account navigation.
- Document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system accurately.
- Educate customers on our products and services to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex escalations.
- Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor during high-volume periods.
Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a computer (provided if remote).
