Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the setup process, ensuring they understand our platform and maximize their usage.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining regular check-ins to foster long-term partnerships.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot client issues efficiently and escalate complex technical challenges to the senior team when necessary.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status within our CRM database.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback regarding product features and service quality to relay to our product and operations teams.
- Training: Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for new client cohorts.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable navigating computer systems and learning new software quickly.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with a focus on attendance and punctuality.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
