Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and customer inquiries with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer issues using CRM systems and multi-channel support (phone, email, chat)
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex service escalations
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth initiatives
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics through empathetic communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
- Positive attitude with proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
