Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with patience and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complex customer issues by collaborating with the logistics and sales teams to find effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Provide product and service information to clients, answering questions regarding shipping and delivery schedules.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and promote customer loyalty programs.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to start working immediately (within 1 week).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including some weekends and holidays as required.
