Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high satisfaction rate.
- Accurately log customer interactions and data into our CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical or account issues.
- Provide product information, training, and support to new and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating web-based platforms.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
