Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and email, ensuring every interaction is professional and efficient.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer complaints and resolve service issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Data Entry & Processing: Accurately input customer information, update databases, and process orders with a focus on detail and speed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance purposes.
- Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest constructive solutions to enhance team productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal software quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Experience: Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with no experience.
