Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Enter and update customer data accurately into the company database.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer issues and product concerns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ wpm).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
