Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Process customer orders, address concerns, and resolve issues efficiently via phone and email.

- Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products to existing customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
