Responsibilities

- Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions or escalate complex issues to the management team.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update customer records accurately in our CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and demonstrate a deep understanding of our company's products and services to assist clients effectively.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every interaction results in a positive experience, striving for high customer retention rates.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the support team to share feedback and improve service processes.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attitude: A positive mindset and a strong desire to learn new skills.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
