Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal database systems.
- Address and troubleshoot customer concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to improve overall service delivery.
- Adapt to new technologies and processes quickly during training and daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (not always required but a plus).
