Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and service requests.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to document interactions and update customer records accurately.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex issues and escalations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores by exceeding expectations.
- Adhere to all company policies and compliance procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
