- Handle escalations from other support tiers when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection for remote or hybrid work options.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
