Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues efficiently
- Document interactions using Salesforce CRM with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases
- Meet/exceed monthly customer satisfaction targets (CSAT >90%)
- Participate in quarterly process improvement initiatives
- Train new hires on company protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 2+ years customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience required)
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
