Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective, sustainable solutions.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support) to escalate and resolve escalated tickets.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and compliance regulations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or call center operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by business volume.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
