- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to improve performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote).
