Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex customer problems.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide full training for enthusiastic candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week).
