- Identify process improvements and implement solutions
- Maintain product knowledge across 200+ offerings
- Support cross-functional projects during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced settings
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak periods
- Resident of New Orleans area with reliable transportation
