Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy aligned with the 2026 vision and business goals.
- Lead the engineering and product teams in adopting next-gen AI frameworks and automation tools.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify high-impact digital transformation opportunities.
- Establish best practices for cybersecurity, data governance, and remote-first infrastructure.
- Drive innovation in workflow automation to reduce operational overhead by 30%.
- Mentor a diverse team of senior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or VP role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and DevOps.
- Proven track record of scaling startups or leading digital transformations in Fortune 500 companies.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
